1. Who is responsible. PocketSevens, operated from Colombia by its owner, a registered merchant whose legal details are provided on invoices and on written request, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact for anything about your data: contact@pocketsevens.co.
2. What we collect and why.

We ask only for what each step needs. We never ask for card numbers, ID numbers or passwords.
3. Legal basis. Performance of the contract you request (demo, subscription, support); your consent for marketing cookies and the Meta pixel; our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and knowing which pages work. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting what happened before.
4. Recipients and international transfers. We share personal data only with service providers that process it on our behalf and under our instructions, for the purposes listed above: cloud hosting and e-mail providers, productivity and scheduling tools, a content-delivery and security provider, a payment processor for subscriptions, and an advertising-measurement provider where you have accepted measurement cookies. Each provider is bound by contractual terms that restrict its use of the data to the service it renders to us. Some providers are established outside Colombia and outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States; transfers to them rely on the providers’ standard contractual protections and, where applicable, on your consent. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not disclose it to any other third party except where the law requires it or where it is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. 5. Business information shown in the Service. The signals delivered through the Service are compiled from publicly accessible business sources and describe commercial activity of businesses, products and advertisements. They are not intended to identify private individuals and we do not use them to profile individuals. Where a sole trader’s business name coincides with a personal name, the information still relates to commercial activity made public by that trader. If you believe information relating to you or your business is inaccurate or should not appear, write to contact@pocketsevens.co and we will review the request within 15 business days.
6. Automated decisions. We do not take decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you by automated means alone. The fit check on our website is a questionnaire that helps us prepare a conversation with you; it is always followed by human contact.
7. Marketing communications. We contact you about the Service only in relation to a request you made (a fit check, a demo booking, a subscription) or, with your consent, to tell you about changes and new features. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or writing to contact@pocketsevens.co.
8. Retention. We keep personal data for the periods stated in section 2, and afterwards only as long as the law requires or a claim is pending. When retention ends, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
9. Your rights. You can ask us to see, correct, update or delete your data, to stop using it for marketing, or to send you a copy. In Colombia these rights follow Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013; in the EU, the GDPR. Write to contact@pocketsevens.co; we answer within 15 business days. If you are in Colombia you may also complain to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; in the EU, to your national data authority.
10. Security. Access to records is limited to the people who need it, protected by passwords and two-factor authentication where the provider allows it. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we notify you and the authority as the law requires.
11. Minors. The service is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Changes. We may update this policy; the date at the top tells you when. Material changes are announced by email to active customers.
